Often booked 4–6 weeks before the wedding, this service ensures that all your hard work comes together smoothly. I’ll step in to take over communication with suppliers, finalise timings, and run the day so you — and your loved ones — can relax and enjoy every moment, knowing everything is taken care of behind the scenes.

Final Supplier Confirmations
I’ll contact each supplier to confirm arrival times, key details, and the running order so everyone is aligned. -
Detailed Wedding Day Timeline
I’ll create a clear schedule for the day and share it with all suppliers and key people involved. -
Venue Visit or Virtual Walkthrough
If local, I’ll join you for a venue visit or do a virtual walkthrough to familiarise myself with the space and flow. -
Point of Contact for All Suppliers on the Day
I’ll manage all communication, directions, and last-minute issues so you don’t have to. -
Full-Day Onsite Coordination (Typically 10–12 Hours)
From setup to first dance, I’ll be there to oversee everything — supplier arrivals, décor setup, ceremony timing, transitions, and more. -
Emergency Kit & Calm Support
