On-the-Day Coordination

You've done the planning — now hand it over. Ideal for couples who’ve already organised their big day but want peace of mind that it will all run smoothly. I’ll step in around 6 weeks before, take over supplier communication, and be there on the day to make sure everything happens exactly as you imagined.

Once I understand your priorities, I’ll help shape a clear and cohesive plan — from the overall style to the guest experience. We’ll create a mood board, talk through key elements, and outline a planning journey that suits your timeline and budget.

I’ll recommend trusted, high-quality suppliers who match your personality, vision, and values — from florists and photographers to caterers and stylists. I only suggest people I truly believe in, and I’ll manage all the communication so you don’t have to juggle inboxes and calls.

4. PLAN, ORGANISE & PREPARE

Behind the scenes, I handle all the logistics: timelines, site visits, schedules, and checklists. You’ll always feel informed, but never overwhelmed. We’ll have regular catch-ups, and I’ll keep everything moving forward with gentle structure and flexibility.
