4. Booking & Confirmation
Love what you see?
Secure your date with a 25% deposit and a simple agreement —and you're officially booked.
7. Coordination with Your Venue
We handle the logistics by liaising directly with your venue and suppliers. You’ll also have the chance to confirm the setup date and time, so you’ll know exactly when everything will be styled and ready.
2. Discovering Your Vision
We’ll get to know more about your style, ideas, and needs through email or a relaxed consultation—either in person or virtually. This is where we uncover your theme, budget, colours, and vision.
5. Design Refinement
As the big day approaches, we stay in touch to refine the details. Whether it's a layout tweak or an extra touch of sparkle, we’re here for it.
8. On-the-Day Setup
We will arrive early to style your venue, transforming the space into the celebration you’ve envisioned.
3. Personalised Quote
After our chat, we’ll send you a customised quote with handpicked hire items, thoughtful design suggestions, and transparent pricing.
6. Final Balance
Your final balance will be due four weeks before your wedding. We will email you the paperwork and final balance details five weeks before your event.
9. After the “I Do”
After the wedding, we return to pack down and collect all hire items discreetly —
no stress, no mess.
